1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Wexlink platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform description
Wexlink is a freight marketplace that connects shippers (companies with goods to transport) and hauliers (carriers with vehicles). Wexlink facilitates the matching and communication between parties but is not party to the transport contract itself.
3. User responsibilities
All users are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, compliance with applicable transport regulations, and holding appropriate licences and insurance for their role on the platform.
4. Invoicing
Platform fees are invoiced directly by Wexlink AB to customers. Invoices are issued monthly and are due within 30 days of issue. Payment terms and fee structures are agreed upon account activation.
5. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
